Arts Facilities
Visual Arts & Exhibition
- Guilford Arts Centre and Gallery: Established in 2016, this space provides a dedicated exhibition area comparable to commercial galleries. It hosts our Artist in Residence program and showcases student work across painting, ceramics, and photography.
- Art Studios: Our open-plan art rooms support a wide range of mediums and include a kiln and ceramics room. Senior Art students also benefit from a dedicated private studio space.
- Photography Studio: This space includes a darkroom for analogue photography and a large-format printer for producing gallery-quality digital work.
Performance & Theatre
- Guilford Theatre: A professional-grade performance space featuring retractable seating for up to 200 people. The theatre is supported by full sound, lighting, and production equipment, along with a dedicated costume department.
- Drama Rooms: These versatile spaces adjoining the theatre can be used as individual classrooms or opened into one large performance area. They are equipped with theatre lighting and integrated audio-video capabilities.
Music, Media & Digital Production
- Music Suite: Our music facilities include large classrooms designed to accommodate the Concert Band and Symphony Orchestra, as well as various private tuition rooms for individual and small-group practice.
- Recording Studios: A purpose-built studio and control room featuring professional sound recording, mixing, and audio production capabilities.
- Media & Digital Labs: Equipped with industry-standard software, our media rooms house video and audio recording equipment, a dedicated filming studio, and iMac labs for digital image and film production.
